A fix for Steam's odd decision to make collections a strange height

Work's well enough, except I'm subbed to thousands of Cities: Skylines assets and the list won't scroll when I get to around the assets starting with 9
If you can share me a link to the collection (or a more public one with a similar length problem) I can take a gander and see if I can work something out
