Added compatibility with the new MAL forum conversation view and forum topics that have nearly no replies.

Added support to locked topics, so now you can also click on the "show affinity list" button on topics that were locked.
Fixed bug that could possibly make the script not auto erase it's cache on January.
Now user affinities are stored on the script cache, this helps prevent the blue screen "Click on submit to prove you are not a bot" to show up.The script erases it's cached user affinities each month.
Now if no one on the topic page has a positive affinity with you the "Show affinity list" button will display that information.
Now the script will only be executed 1 time when the page is scrolled down/up, this will prevent the "Submit to prove you are not a bot" blue screen to show up when the user opens multiple topics at once.
Fixed word typo.Now when the Affinity to you text is clicked (below the user image) the shared anime page between you and the user will be opened.
Fixed small bug that was displaying all negative int affinities (non float affinities) with a big space between the first number and the zero.
Added red/blue colors to the "Affinity to You" text and percentage depending on if the "Affinity to You" is negative/positive.
