Hides those annoying email contacts from PYMK

I tried checking, and as far as I can see, they don't actually pull that sneaky trick anymore. If so, this userscript isn't relevant anymore. :)
It seems they still are. I've updated the script to work again!

You should add the HTTPS version of linkedin to the matching list.
