fixes an issue where "desyn 0 uses" didn't work due to a fun little disagreement between plain JS click() and jQuery trigger("click")

fixed issue in Canonical Renames where it would prompt for the text input for every tag, instead of just once

added the ability to change the case and diacritics on tagnames

script no longer executes on fandom's mergers and subtags pages, to avoid accidents

v2.0 added the ability to de-syn a selected tag from its canonical, if it had 0 uses. it warns if the tag won't rake.
v3.0 added the ability to choose fandoms which will be applied, while all other fandoms on the selected tag are being removed. this moves tags between fandoms, instead of only applying additional fandoms (which the regular wrangle interface would do).
