I have just tested with The Split, Episode 1 and it shows the subtitles: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0b15gk7/the-split-series-1-episode-1
Make sure that the episode you are watching includes subtitles.
Can't find subtitle download option
The subtitle option does not appear. And after trying several programmes and even reinstalling my browser, it didn't work. So will you please upgrade to fix this? Thanks anyway.
