This would need to be configurable (because I don't want it), which would require me to write a configuration UI, which is silly because it's essentially what Tampermonkey provides by making it a separate script.

Add AutoPause/AutoHD function if it's possible
Add "AutoPause & AutoHD when open video" function in this script if it possible (instead of using a few different scripts eg YouTube Auto Buffer & Auto HD - https://greasyfork.org/ru/scripts/494-youtube-auto-buffer-auto-hd )
