Interesting suggestion. It would not be auto-filtering if I do implement it. You would need to turn it on with each search. I will put it on my list but it will be a very low priority.
Still no option to filter/blacklist users
This is the only feature it is missing to truly be the ultimate pixiv extension. Please add something like that.
