settings > Max. sim. Downloads per Hoster to 1 and Checked
How to Use:
1. Run jdownloader2
2. Make sure Clipboard Observer is enabled
3. Click Download to download all or click the download icon left of a chapter to download a single chapter
4. Click Start Downloads in JDownloader2 once all the links appear

How does it work?
Jdownloader2 has the ability to automatically read the clipboard and look for links.
This script briefly adds the link for a chapter to the clipboard then clears it.
Note: Mangadex doesn't want to make it easy to download from them and too many requests in too short a span of time will get your IP address banned for 1 hour. Try not to click the individual links too quickly. (Set to 3 second intervals by default)
