Thank you for the software and maintenance first of all. It is really practical.
I have tested it on three browsers, CHREOM, FIREFOX and EDGE, and they have the same result.
I also deleted the plugin and reinstalled to 4.01 many time. And I also upgraded FIREFOX to 92.0, 64bit. They all do not work.
Try 4.0.2. Menu should be visible only on the video page, not when browsing. It's visible only when you hover over the page. And it appears only after the subtitle info is loaded.

it does not worked I have use Chrome, Firefox and Edge (i have re-installed the latest version many time).
it only appear in the below window, but i cannot click it. when i click play in the new window, it will not appear.
