I've updated the script: If you are in fullscreen and the page is reloaded, it will automatically reloads at the top of the page still in fullscreen.

often, I leave the tab open and it reloads out of reader view, so I need to scroll up quite a ways to open it again and go to my bookmark.
Would it be possible to add another button in the lower left corner of the screen (similar to the hamburger menus that does the aesthetics) to either return to the top of the page, or enter reader view and go to the bookmark?
