VA Validator

Super, are you still around? Would like to talk to you about the script if so.
minor tweak to VA would be to have ramps locked at 3 vice 4 and wanted to talk about how to post on Greasy Fork since would like to modify for Maryland. I will still give you credit for initial program so not stealing any intellectual property. V/r subs5

Also can take out check for the period after a letter in road name since that has changed, ex ST. N. S. E. W.
