Because I have theater mode on by default, some videos will appear out of scale when I run this script.

Then here is a suggestion. Can you put these three columns in the bottom right corner of the screen, now it is in the top right corner of the screen. But you should know that most of the action button positions on Youtube are positioned at the bottom of the screen, so I think it might be more convenient to put the directory at the bottom. Or add the option to let users choose their own directory location.
If you could implement this request, I think this script would be perfect in terms of functionality and experience.

This feature is complicated to implement. I cannot see any benefit to make this change.
The UX design concept is different from YouTube's own design.
No intention to make this change, sorry.
