Replace:

  const playlistSaveButton = document.querySelector(
    "#top-level-buttons-computed > ytd-button-renderer:last-child"
  )

with:

    const playlistSaveButton = document.querySelectorAll(
        "dislike-button-view-model"
    )[0]
