ao3 download buttons

Adds download buttons to each work blurb on AO3's works index pages.

No longer working

AO3 did some things (improvements and added AZW3) with their downloads today (24 Feb 19), and the download buttons return 500 internal server errors now for everything. Is whatever change AO3 made going to be able to work with your script eventually? These buttons are handy! Thanks

Hi, I've just rested out the new version, and everything seems to be working great, even the new file types! Thanks for the quick response and fix. :smiley:

*tested, and I did actually do it across several different random stories, just in case.
