Antifeatures are allowed as long as they are disclosed with an @antifeature key.
Scripts may not @include or @match for sites they do not provide functionality on.
Implied here (or at least my intention here) was that scripts may not add @include or @match for the sole purpose of adding antifeatures. I've made this explicit in the rules now.
