No, getting rid of the playlist isn't exactly a solution ^_^
The point is to ensure videos load with the author name added to the URL. If I don't modify what link automatically loads when a video ends, the page reloads with that information added to the URL. This creates duplicate entries in the browser history (including the location bar) and it requires hitting the Back button twice to return to the previous page. I'd rather avoid that annoyance if at all possible.

I can change the links that appear in the list in the top right, but that makes no difference when a video ends and the next one loads automatically. Can this be changed by a user script?
