Fixed a scrollbar issue with the Cosmic Panda guide style

Added an option to disable Yoodles (YouTube Doodles), since they break any layout or configuration that doesn't use V3's regular logo

The config now fixes itself if it was broken by a pre-1.9.4 update

Reworked the code for settings, this means that your settings will reset in this version, however an option to download a settings file has been added. Settings shouldn't need to be reset after this version.
