Very good recovery page, I didn't expect it can be implemented with so little code

unfortunately it can only be 'implemented' this way for a short time. all this does is it disables one of the new, experimental functions. soon this experimental function will be integrated into the site as they always are, and the old layout removed and it'll stop working. it'd be best to replicate it with code eventually.

I hope that some coding experts in the future can clone the current page code so that the old page can be restored in the future.
