Remove "Reader Mode Pro" ad

If you use the Reader Mode Chrome extension to read articles, you've probably seen the ad at the bottom right pestering you to buy the "pro" version. The banner often goes over the article, which kind of defeats the whole point of having a reader extension to read without distraction.
