Adds a download button to images posted to Bluesky, which immediately downloads the image in max quality and with a descriptive filename for easy sorting.

Good Since the "Alt" indicator for alt-text appears in the bottom-right, the save icon and it often overlap. A better place for the icon might be the top-right?
