It does indeed remove the banner, which is good. I've noticed when I'm watching a video, and then I click another video from the recommended list below it, it loads in the title information for the video I clicked but still plays the original video. The only way to fix it is by refreshing. It's not an impossible glitch to fix on my end, but it is annoying.
