add pitch control (default: square brackets to change, semicolon to reset)

disable when a text input is focused, e.g. search box

prev/next release now works on label bandcamps that link out to individual artist bandcamps.
add volume control.

add next/previous release shortcuts (label bandcamps that link to individual artist bandcamps will not work as expected)

fix for fan collection pages
