Toggle Sidebar in Fextralife

Adds a toggle button at the top left of fextralife pages that will show/hide the side menu.

Adds a button at the top left of fextralife pages that will show/hide the side menu. This button will only show itself when the sidebar is active. Defaults to hiding the menu. The rest of the page is left alone.
