Title Substring Filtering

You can now filter by title substrings.

In the blacklist, just add a title substring you want to filter, preceded by the string "title:", like so:

"title:Steve Jobs"

And now HN submissions containing "Steve Jobs" will be filtered out. The filtering is case-insensitive.
