Set HTML5 media player volume

Script to set the volume of <video> and <audio> elements to reduced value (defaults to 50%), with a menu item to change for the current page.

OK This only works after refreshing the page As you enter the youtube homepage and click on one of the videos the script would not be ran. It would only be ran when you reload the page
