Applies to
  1. makes the default video player in Pega Academy 100% of the width of it's container (instead of a tiny 3/4)
  2. adds a button to the bottom right of the player ('Embiggen') to expand the player to browser window full screen instead of monitor full screen
    1. press escape or click the 'x' at the top right to exit full screen
