A way to get the old Fandom layout after they removed the preference to get Oasis back on August 16, 2021. This works by tapping ?useskin=oasis to every fandom link you go to. Hope this works for you!

Unfortunately, I have not found a way to remove the banner yet, but I hope to work on that.
