Ctrl + Arrow key navigation. Good for fanfiction.net and fictionpress.com
Based on a script by Crazycatz00 (which didn't work for me).

Ctrl + Left = Previous Chapter
Ctrl + Right = Next Chapter
Ctrl + Down = Bottom of Chapter (same as 'End' key)
Ctrl + Up = Top of Chapter (same as 'Home' key)
