www.google.com says

Just a few days ago, when I perform a search on google.com, I get a notification from the web browser that says "www.google.com says" followed by a long URL or "null". I've disabled extensions to no avail. Then I disabled Google Direct and the problem appears to have gone away. Here's a screenshot of it:

If I place a checkmark in the box that says "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs", it suppresses the error for a while but they eventually come back, particularly when I perform a new search query.

I never expected people to use this version and I forgot to remove some debugging code when try to capture some more of the adds. I jut posted a new version that should stop that from happening.
