Fix for Cathay blocking batch search.

Minor fix for single saved queries not correctly searching

Adds modal to bypass Cathay bot check.

This one's a huge update!!

- The plugin now checks whether you are logged in and reminds your to login if the session expires.
- Loading more results from the batch search no longer requires a page refresh! That means that the results for all your previous dates remain!
- You can filter by non-stop, and cabin class availability.
- The origin/destination inputs now have autocomplete!

Cathay Website update on 2022-12-01 broke bulk search feature. This version fixes it.

Sorry, guys! Haven’t been updating in a while cuz I’ve been doing a bit of flying!

Some updates:

1. Cathay seems to have brought back its old search facade for some (although I can’t quite figure out the logic of when it uses the old one versus the new one), so I’ve added the plugin search box to both versions.
2. The script now checks for updates to the static path for the airline logo images, and will update automatically if it detects changes.
3. To avoid misunderstandings like post #96 in the flyertalk thread, I’ve changed “No Flights” to “No Redemption Availability

Fix regression of seat availability showing the maximum seats between two flights, instead on minimum.

New Features:

• Batch Availability Search: See up to 20 days of availability in all cabins in one go.
• Shows when updates are available.

Enhancements:

• Passengers and Date input boxes now default to numeric keyboards.
• Date will select day digits when clicked for faster entry.
• Invalid date detection
• Origin and destination strips whitespaces, and trims to 3 letters.

Fix:

- On certain flights, availability numbers for economy were mistakenly counted as premium economy.
- Fix search box covering certain Cathay website UI elements.

Fix number of available seats.

• To prevent the search box from getting in the way of other UI elements on the page, the search box no longer floats on top of the page. Instead, it has now has its own little space on the page. The drawback is that if Cathay updates their website, the search box may fail to load, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
• The origin and destination will now automatically switch to uppercase.
• The input boxes will select its content automatically when you click or tap on it so that you can start typing away immediately.

Search box is no longer fixed on the screen. Adding support for future batch search features.
