Restores the old watch layout from before 2019

I did that with CSS because it's hard to change experiment flags and have it work on both Chrome and Firefox. As well as the fact that they're probably going to remove that at some point.
add the following flag to make the view count bigger like the original watch9
yt.config_.EXPERIMENT_FLAGS.no_sub_count_on_sub_button = false;
