I'd highly recommend using the following Chrome addon which lets you control speeds on all video (and audio) for all websites, has tons of options including using whichever hotkeys you want and whichever speeds... nice to have on YouTube too:

If you want to kissanime play speed then you need use google chrome extension.just go to google and search player speed control like as vlc
If you use an HTML5 player, you can put it on a console and the video will work at 2K.
