Add the total eBay auction price including postage in the auction listing

I can add detection for this type of listing. Allow time for me to schedule work on the issue. I'll post again when it's updated.
I fixed the issue for mixed currency formats in item and shipping and I added dynamic price calculation for multi-buy format auctions.
