Fixed an issue where the online friends box code was effecting the browse page.
Set a fixed height for the Online Friends section and added an overflow scroll bar to keep if from constantly shifting the page up and down. Script will also update the bulletins, blog subscriptions, and friend request sections as of this update.
Cosmetic CSS fixes.
