Well, I've never actually used twitter, and I don't think I've seen a reddit tracking url before. Maybe I could add support for them if I could see some example url's
I added support for removing link redirects on Facebook and Twitter

I wonder if support for reddit outbound tracking (out.reddit.com) and facebook + twitter URL parameters is in the plans?
