I install this script in Opera of this version as unpacked extension and it's work normally: start page and result of search shows buttons and correct results in the filter "past week". Tampermonkey - I don't know, it is more complex bulkhead.
The same thing happens to me.

Sorry, I not support compatibility with Tampermonkey and always recmmend install as unpacked extension. If you (or any) make patch, I add it in code here and on the Github repo.
Doesn't work on Opera with Tempermonkey
Script doesn't work on Opera 63.0.3368.107 with Tempermonkey v4.8.5890. Please test it.
