How to Use PtP?

As the title states. I am not seeing this anywhere on my game. Everything else works great. I just want to send barters and be a nice person.

Same here, just to make Bartering a lot easier. Got a run to work but instead of all barters it was a mixed bag of actions. would definitely like to figure this out
