Can't reproduce, it downloads subs with correct names for me.
try to download from episode 3 to the last and not from the first
Still can't reproduce. Maybe some other add-on or userscript you have installed is interfering with mine.
for some reason it's downloading diffrenet episodes with mistake name of another release of episode
fox example i downloaded X.S01E6 and got X.S0E10
