Adult ads popping up during script installation

Ads such as this are intended to only show on https://sleazyfork.org, but due to a programming error on my part, they were showing on certain pages of Greasy Fork since yesterday.
As shown in the picture, I am not sure if this is user-friendly for underage users, whether it needs to be improved or maintained as it is. I have only recently discovered this
