Adds a Tampermonkey menu to copy a Youtube Channel's RSS feed to the clipboard.

Note: you will need to use Tampermonkey instead of Greasemonkey as Greasemonkey doesn't have a menu api at the moment: https://github.com/greasemonkey/greasemonkey/issues/2714
