SteamGifts: SteamDB and overprice report links on /game/ pages

Extend the Sidebar on Steamgifts game pages to include links to SteamDB and the overpriced reporting topic, also placing report data on clipboard

Two new sidebar items:

  • "SteamDB" tries to jump to the SteamDB price history graph
  • "Report" links to the overprice-reporting topic
    • it's pre-configured with a search for the game page (SG search also finds links inside markdown)
    • and a report is put on the clipboard (with SG, Steam, and SteamDB links), that also includes the preferred table-line format from https://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/PBjvxdM (some fields are placeholders)

Probably there are special pages, packages and whatnot, where the entire thing just breaks (won't blow up the computer, but the links will end up going to nowhere, like Steam main page, perhaps 404).
