Show all the time the control bar below the video with a cheap trick
While youtube is making changes they have stopped working the extensions to show the control bar all the time and no script works that's why I made this script.
The trick is to keep the video configuration menu activated but hidden until you pass the mouse over the menu, it will be displayed and it works normally.
Known issues: to see the storyboard thumbnail you have to click the control bar and then you can see the storyboard
