Fixed bugs:1 for links that already have pagination on the url "?page=", on the genre,producer and magazine pages.2 The Search Filter Feature will now display the text "hide PTW" or "hide PTR" on the correct pages.3 The script will now work properly on all pages.4 The script was slower after loading +/-7 pages. Added option on the tampermonkey extension menu, now you can choose having the add anime/manga button opened on a new tab, or having the add button follow the default MAL behavior.

Temporary bug fix: When the user clicked on add or edit on anime/mangas the page reloaded with the edit details page, thus forcing the user to go back on his browser and reload the page, losing the previously loaded pages. Now when the user clicks on add/edit the page will be loaded on a new tab, so the user won't loose the actual page position.
