Prevent Youtube scrolling to top when clicking timestamps in description or comments

On Firefox, clicking timestamps does nothing with this enabled. It does not jump to the time, nor does the page scroll. The timestamp acts as if it were just regular text I'm clicking on.

Good Your timestampToSeconds will always return true. This will disable the next button. You need to return false if parts.length < 2.
