Hello, if you link the book here I can try to get it for you using non-TOR US IP?
The same error is happening to me, and it used to work fine. Suddenly it started to not download the .zip file. It keeps stucked at 0 bytes. I'm using latest Tor 7.0.4, but I tried with older versions as well and I had the same result.
