I'll be reverting the script to the older version until I can find a solution to this. Thanks for the feedback.
I've update the script again, it should only remove the intended popup this time. Let me know if you find any more bugs or anything that isn't working as intended.
The latest version 1.42 causes a bug that YouTube filters dialog box, where you refine your search results, does not pop up. Disabling this script resolves said issue. Previous version 1.41 does not have this issue. Tested on Chrome & Firefox using TamperMonkey.
