Huge refactoring and bug fixes!

Additions:
- Added a default rating filter! Now, "Fiction Rating: All" is the default filter on story listing! (Disable it in the code)
- Coloring now works on ALL fanfiction story pages list!

Bugs fixes:
- Missing stats are now excluded from coloring!
