Stack Overflow: Dark theme fixes

Includes some temporary fixes for some bugs in the beta Stack Overflow dark theme (found in https://stackoverflow.com/users/preferences/), before they get fixed. Suggest new fixes if you find them; I might add them.

Includes some temporary fixes for some bugs in the beta Stack Overflow dark theme, before they get fixed.

The dark theme is found in Preferences; this is its discussion/bug topic.

Suggest new fixes if you find them; I might add them.

    • Background colour of top help banner
    • Question title colour
  • Question pages
    • Comment help background colour
    • Comment help text colour
    • Comment help code colour
