Google - Multiple columns of results, Remove "Sponsored Links", Number results, Auto-load more results, Remove web search dialogues, Open external links in a new tab, self updating and all configurable from a simple user dialogue.

Can you do something about the missing videos previews...
Could you give an example? An exact link of what you're talking about would be good.
I know the bug, but it's too much work to fix for now.
What you can do though is turn off "Auto load more results" and install an Autopager plugin instead and it should work (worked for me in FireFox with Autopager Fixed):
