[feature request] have u thought about adding a half second pause to let your code kick in

have u thought about adding a half-second pause at the beginning of the advert to let your code kick-in? this would prevent the flashing of sound and picture before your code kicks in and mutes and cover it up

Thanks for the idea! Apologies for only replying years later, but I tweaked the script to run a bit earlier, should hopefully reduce the flash on load.

I might consider adding a pause, but the less the script touches on the page the more stable it will be long term as youtube changes, so I'd like to avoid that if possible.
